◇LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED

No binding Terms have been approved

Contracting entity, acceptance, ownership and licences, warranties, liability, termination, governing law, jurisdiction, and effective version remain unresolved. Legal counsel and the Owner must supply and approve those terms.

01 · SCOPE

Scope requires an approved contracting model.

The intended scope is use of the public Airchor website and the separate invitation-based Airchor application. Final Terms must identify the contracting entity, eligible users, covered services, acceptance mechanism, and any separate customer or enterprise agreement.

02 · WEBSITE AND APPLICATION RELATIONSHIP

The marketing website and application are separate surfaces.

airchor.com provides public product information, Product Updates, and contact links. app.airchor.com provides the current authenticated planning and assessment workspace. Product Updates do not request or grant application access.

03 · INVITATION-BASED ACCESS

Current access is invitation-based.

The current MVP does not provide public self-sign-up. Invited users sign in to an authorised personal workspace. The access-request process, eligibility rules, invitation revocation, and any binding account conditions are not approved in this draft.

04 · USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposed review topics, not binding obligations

Legal review must define responsibilities for account access, accuracy and authority to provide project information, safeguarding credentials, reviewing generated material, respecting third-party rights, and complying with applicable law.

◇LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED

Responsibility language requires approval

No final age restriction, account-sharing rule, enterprise obligation, professional standard, payment obligation, or enforcement term is authorised.

05 · PROHIBITED USE

Acceptable-use rules are not yet approved.

Current safety guidance says not to submit passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, database connection strings, private source code, repository archives, raw Production logs, regulated personal data, or unauthorised client information.

◇LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED

Binding prohibited-use terms required

Legal review must define prohibited conduct, eligibility, enforcement, reporting, investigation, suspension, termination, and any exceptions. The safety guidance above does not create complete acceptable-use terms.

06 · USER-PROVIDED PROJECT INFORMATION

The current product works from supplied context.

Create New Project uses supplied planning context. Work on Existing Project uses supplied project context, evidence, findings, risks, and constraints. The current product does not autonomously inspect a repository or independently establish that submitted information is accurate, complete, authorised, or current.

◇LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED

Content rights and licences remain unresolved

Ownership of user-provided information, licence grants, confidentiality, permitted processing, feedback, deletion, portability, and third-party rights require approved legal terms.

07 · GENERATED DOCUMENTS AND ADVISORY OUTPUTS

Outputs are drafts for human review.

Current documents are generated from saved project inputs and deterministic templates. Readiness, confidence, evidence strength, risk, assumptions, missing information, and recommended next actions are advisory. Eligible documents can be downloaded individually as saved Markdown.

Outputs do not certify technical, security, legal, financial, code-quality, deployment, or Production readiness. People should review outputs and obtain appropriate professional input before acting on them.

08 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership and licence terms are unresolved.

!OWNER INPUT REQUIRED

Intellectual-property terms required

Legal review must address the Airchor website and application, brand and documentation, user-provided information, generated documents, templates, feedback, permitted licences, restrictions, and third-party material. This draft does not assign ownership or grant a licence.

09 · THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

External services support current flows.

Current repository evidence identifies Vercel for deployment, Brevo for Product Updates double opt-in, Clerk for application authentication, and PostgreSQL on Neon with Prisma for application persistence. The website also links to the separate application and may link to other public sites.

◇LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED

Third-party contractual wording required

Final Terms must identify the relevant services, applicable third-party terms, responsibility boundaries, link treatment, provider changes, and any user choices.

10 · AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

No availability commitment is approved.

!OWNER INPUT REQUIRED

Service and change terms required

Uptime, support, maintenance, feature changes, discontinuation, notice, versioning, pricing, subscriptions, and service-level commitments are unresolved. No uptime or continuous-availability promise is made by this draft.

11 · DISCLAIMERS

Product qualifications are factual; legal disclaimers are not approved.

The current product does not autonomously inspect repositories, execute code, repair software, run user-project tests or builds, create pull requests, deploy user projects, or certify readiness.

◇LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED

Warranty and disclaimer language required

Warranty exclusions, “as is” language, professional-advice treatment, mandatory-law exceptions, and consumer protections require legal drafting and approval.

12 · LIABILITY

No liability allocation is authorised.

!OWNER INPUT REQUIRED

Liability terms required

Liability caps, excluded losses, indemnity, warranty remedies, third-party claims, user responsibility, and mandatory-law carve-outs remain unresolved. Product limitations are not a substitute for legal liability terms.

13 · SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Account and service termination rules are unresolved.

!OWNER INPUT REQUIRED

Suspension and termination terms required

Grounds, process, notice, appeal, data access, export, deletion, survival, and the relationship to invitation-based access require Owner and legal approval.

14 · GOVERNING LAW

Governing law and jurisdiction are not approved.

!OWNER INPUT REQUIRED

Governing-law decision required

No country, state, court, venue, arbitration process, choice-of-law rule, consumer forum, or dispute-resolution procedure is stated or implied by this draft.

15 · CONTACT

Current contact destinations

General enquiries may be sent to hello@airchor.com. Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@airchor.com. A separate legal-notice or contractual contact has not been approved.
